Hey guys

I just received a note from Ron Lemen aka Fred Flickstone, and I think he wanted me to pass on the message that he has not deserted the forum, he has just been kind of overburdened of late:

"I am finishing Myst, starting the designs to a new game, working on the graphic novel, and trying to finish
some t-shirt designs for a friends company. I am a bit bogged."

Also, for those of you hungering for more tutorials, it looks like Ron will have some classics ready fairly soon including more on that indian dude and some figure abstraction. He's been sending me reams of text (if you thought his previous tutorials were big...just you wait!) every now and again, so just got to receive some more images, and then things should be ready to post.

I think Ron is in need of some christmas loving courtesy of the forum, so maybe send him an email [email protected] and tell him what a stud he is.

... That IS busy. When I try to do that much stuff, I freeze up and do nothing. I think his stomach is his motivational source here -- cause it's hungry for drawing baby!!!

Tell him not to fear, we all still remember who he is and what he does

Oh yeah, and tell him we all want to purchase a copy of Myst 3 when he and Francis and the rest of the Presto wonderment finish up

...and if I may add, Ron's busy schedule includes teaching a figure drawing class that takes up a big chunk of his Saturday afternoons. I am fortunate and blessed to live close enough to be one of his students and I can personally attest to his studliness

*big Christmas hug Ron*
