I just bought a new drawing tablet and got it on Friday in the mail. I decided to try the technique that Dhabih uses in his graphics and here is what I came up with. I just wanted some comments on the pic. The robe isn't done yet so keep that in mind. I would also like some suggestions as to what I could do with the background....
Thanks

Hi Vsihaman,
New tablet huh? cool what type?
Looking at the image,
Check the ears (left side our view) is looking strage,
Left eye ball looks bigger then right.
Try this, do only 1/2 of the Face. Copy & Past that 1/2 and Flip the layer.
Background can be Trees, Dark Green, Brown. Not too much Light keep it dark.

I got a Wacom Graphire Tablet 4x5. It's the cheapest one that they have cause I can't really afford to buy any of the other ones. I think that so far this has been the best purchase that I have made for my computer....thanks for the help zapman. |

I would say put him in a jedi council chair, with a couresant (sp?) sunset in the bg. sure the background would be hella detailed, but the way the light is hitting yoda's head seeems like it would be from a sunset. I think there may be a little too much blue in his skin(?). just a picky little thing. other than taht, i like how you hvae done his wrinkles and that....hes just so damn cute Mmmmmmmmm
