The detail on the face looks really cool. I like this style. Reminds me of a video game artist. Can't think of the game I think it was called "Total Chaos". One of the characters was called "Cap'n Guns". Oh well.. pretty cool noneoftheless.

OOKKKK thennnnn..... I thought I had weird ideas. Certainly puts a spin on 'jolly old saint nick'. You've got some really kewl things happening here and i like. As said before, beard and face, great. I think the thing that is really distinctive about this image is the style. It is like one of those newspaper caricature sketches meets digital art. You have some really good ideas with the sections that you have 'exaggerated' (ie mouth, beard etc) and those that you have under exaggerated (ie hand legs). As such, I wouldn't change the proportions and leave them the way they are. What I would do though is keep working on the image. The face show that you have a tremendous amount of skill so keep applying this elsewhere.

Refine out the black lines (ie on the beanie and the rest of the body). I also like the way the legs 'fade out' and I wouldn't change this idea, just polish up the look and feel to it. Merry Christmas

"I'm bad Santa. And your good Santa. Little goodie two shoes, little goodie two shoes."

"Good,... Bad,... I'm the one with the elfes. "
BLAM

Wonder if anyone will get this.

Awesome pic Btw. I always thought of santa as an evil, grinning maniac.

This has to be the most hilarious thing I've seen for days.

Can't stop laughing at it.

Ya better not pout? Blood curdling yell seems more appropriate. From a design point of view, could you increase the canvas size to the left so Santa has somewhere to walk to, don't want him bumping his schnoz on the edge of the page. Other than that, can't wait to see the finished work. Great Job!

Janne,
I've been kind of absent lately. But your image made me immediately search for more of your posts. This image is extremely nice. I love the way you rendered the changes in the suit and kept it very loose. This one reminds me of those paintings that Iomega use to use in their ads. Anyway, well done, old bean!

holidays are given to remember a special time. When time past away further and further behind we forget the true meaning of everything... just want to say you ruined my christmas...
