well, finished a pic about a month ago and was too lazy to post it. Its for my Titanic project at school in Social Studies (drawings were extra credit) and it was pretty rushed, but you get the idea. One thing, I'm sorry about not having a background, but it was printed on old paper, so all the white space you see in the end was grimy, yellowish, wonder old paper. Its suppost to be an artist on the Titanic with 2nd class tickets, and thats his selfportrait.

One thing that seems to be lacking about this picture is contrast. The edges of hair, skin etc seem to all blend into each other. Try to use more definite brush strokes or darker colors. Also, the area where the eyes are shouldn't be white. But anyway, nice picture. If you didn't tell me about the titanic artist part, i wouldn't have known. Stick in a background that would help. |

Thanks for the comments. Yup, I'm working on getting more contrast into my pictures. The background, as I said, was ommited so I didn't print on all of the cool looken paper, and that made the contasts stand out a little more. Anyway, thanks for the comments
