Little something I have been struggling on.
Something doesn't sit well with me but I can't figure out what is wrong with her. Staring at her too long. Maybe her weight is off or something. The gun and it's postion are still being worked on and i have a background drawn out. Any ideas why she looks "off"?

I am by far an expert on anything, for a few reasons(mainly because I can't draw a square square), but to me it looks like the knee's are throwing the balance of the picture off a bit. Because once you have the skinny knees, you jump into big combat boots.
Like i said, just my opinion. but then again, what do i know?

HI
i am even farther away from an expert but i like to look at art and be a butthead. hehe
is that black line her right collerbone? and why isnt it on her left side too. also you might want to make her elbow a bit bigger (hmm.. maybe her cheeks too) instead of having it go in on both sides =D
hmm.. her sholders look kinda different i donno it might just be her pose.
thank you im a dork now im goign to hide. hehe

Think the reason she looks off is beacuse of the right arm. The arm not holdign the gun. It's way too small and the perspective is wrong on it. She's pretty much facing straight ahead, and so you need to make changes accordingly. Btw, Like the skirt... looks like its see through... *grin* |

I think that looks GREAT! The only reason that it may look off balance is because of the gun and possibly the shoulder armor(both are on the same side)
You probably would not find it to be off balance if you eventually added a background.
Love the style. Reminded me a bit of Gen-13. |

Cool pic! I think the lines/shape of her legs kinda detract from the pic. Maybe tweak them a little to give her more graceful curves? less angularity? Also, knees need work. I can see that them being thin was your intended style, but at least give it a little more shape? (knees aren't hourglass shaped ) Otherwise, great coloring and like the style. |
