If you've seen any of my other recent posts you'll know that I've been doing spring cleaning for my hard drive and getting rid of a bunch of stuff. Came a across a project from a few years ago that never saw the light of day because the guy who was organizing it.........needed to f-o-c-u-s.........a......LOT.......
It all started out great and then fizzeled out and came to nothing as do 99% of most MODs. The idea was it was going to be a mod for Quake2 sort of based on something like starship troopers (but our take was not as cool. :P ) I was charged with making up some low polys and an intro and some other detail work I recall. Blah, it's a shame it never came together. But "plasma flux" was just not meant to be I guess. (what a cool, scifi exciting name eh!? :P) It's so hard finding a good team to work with, but it's wonderful when it does happen.
This will be their final resting place, at least they can get a small glimmer of daylight in this forum.
Sorry about the mass of pics I guess I just feel sorry for them. It was a pretty neato animation by the time things shut down. :\

Although i like Q1 style art much better (more creative and unique) but since you worked on Q2 mod, you wouldnt be making Q1 animation eh? Anyway POST THE FULL ANIMATION!!!! I'll download even if it's 100Mb (i'm on 56k NetZero hehe, but im patient.. seen bigger fish like say 500Mb!)
Ya back to the subject.. I totally agree about the mods, even if you think 100% everything is right and the team is great, the second day one guy wount go online.. another will be lazy.. you be lazy :)
So yeah i been there. The pics look sweet, still post animation

Hehe, have any of you seen the wheelchair guy in South Park (Timmy) ? The picture where the guy is shooting his gun, looks like he is doing it purposely so he can cast hand shadows on the sewer wall.... all with the Timmeh expression on his face. Funny stuff. Quake 2, what an awesome game. I remember when Dank & Scud was amazing (for you people who dont know, it was a Quake 1 comic using actual screenies and models from the game), and me and my friends made our own little comic using the same method as the Dank & sScud comic, it was awesome. Anyhoo, thats all....

thats some really cool work tiger.
shadow-x- is right, that pic of the guy shooting definately has the Timmy facial expressions in it, very cool 
dank & scud was really cool, i wish he'd keep making more of them.

Dunk & Scud! They were almost as good as Beavis & Butthead i swea!!
Allso i liked the Half-Life series.. "WTF is that? An automatic turr... AAAAAH!!!! boink! boink!"
You played Mega TF? The best!!! (also Mr. Shambler is my hero)
