Dude, you have to be patient...
Anyway, I think you've got a good start. The anatomy is what brings it down though. If you started out with a better anatomically-correct sketch, and maybe with a more interesting pose, the pic would be a lot better. But as is, the anatomy problems cobined with a boring pose stand out to me. I think the colors and concept are great though. You could definitely turn this into something awesome if you tweak the anatomy and fix his pose. Generally, dead-on views like that are kind of boring. Have him doing something. But you've definitely got a good pic there, just keep working on making it more interesting. |

I agree
If you can't get someone to pose for you, take a page from a magazine or something as a reference to the figure. People are hard to do because everyone knows how they are supposed to look. If you don't get the propotions and shit right, people can really tell.

I think his shoulders need to be more square like. This will make him appear like his bulked up with super strength. Right now he looks kind of like one of those 'regular' super heros on 'The Tick' that don't really have any powers.
The arms look a little long, but the overall shading is nice... Belt buckle looks good, shows attention to detail. Um.. Anyway, what do I know, I'm pretty bad at colors.
Anyway, has potential! Keep up the work !
