I have to say I like it but it lacks proper shading and it looks a little out of proportion.
Nice little dabble with the WACOM has turned out nice though.

OK for a first attempt that is pretty cool and I'd keep up at it. For the sketch itself, the face seemed a little too round and when you coloured it, this really stands out. There is something about the face that suggests this female is quite old and I think it is the fact the face appears to be 'dirty', just through the dull grey colour that seems to come through, not only on the face, but on the entire skin.

In general, try to have your highlights lighter and your shadows a bit darker (ie expand the range of you colours). Once you do this, your image won't look as flat and have more life to it. If you don't know how to do it, just so you understand the idea of colour range, play around with the dodge and burn tools in photoshop.

The 'fish net' stockings or whatever they are are not coming through as clearly on the coloured version. hmmm.... wouldn't it be a little impractical to be fighting in these as if it gets caught on a twig or something...

The hand holding the sword appears to be a bit flat and doesn't have a good feel of depth to it. It think this has more to do with the actual sketch rather than the colouring itself.

I'm also not sold on the general structure of the breast. You could almost draw a straight line downwards and the line of the breast wouldn't deviate too much from it. I think it needs to be a little more 'shapely and curvy' than what it is. The nipple also jumped out at me and was the first thing I noticed. It just doesn't look right for some reason.

Hopefully that crit was of some use. I don't mean to totally rip the image apart as I think you have some real potential and just trying to point out a few things.

AHHHAhahahaa, your an evil fetish boy AHHH...
I like it although her facer is a bit screwed up!, its mainly because theres hardly any color difference, plus her eyes kinda blend it. try coloring with the lines first then remove the them
