Not that it has to be up there right away or anything. Just kind of curious as to what colleges everyone in there attended. And those that are self taught. The addtion column would maybe say have the link to the college web site??

I know this question is brought up a lot, so I figured maybe it would be a good suggestion. Maybe it's already in the works?

And maybe another column that is a "suggested" college. Say that person hasn't gone there, but knows it is a very good college also.

Would anyone else be interested in seeing this as well?

Just wanted to bump this up one more time. I posted this early Sunday morning. Figured maybe not as many people are on the forum during the weekend, so I'm giving it another try.

If there really is not interest, no biggie to me. I'll learn threw the grape vine sooner or later.

Thanks.

Don't be so gloom frost, a college can not teach you to be creative or artistic.

Saint Louis Community College (2 yrs)

Curtin University, Perth, WA. BA with a major in Film and a minor in Illustration.

Mostly self taught (the illustration minor was mainly a cheap way to score credit points, very few technical skills were taught in my units) - though most of my digital skills were picked up from peers in the workforce.

a good college (with a good library, facilities, and good teachers) can...contrary to the above post...teach creativity, artistic expression, and traditional art foundation.

I got my little bit of what I have from my teachers. I would not be doing what i now do if it was not for them. period.

I do know that others learn on their own...

I did not.
