hello.

his nose looks a little wierd.
it looks like the tip is a ball or something.
i think the flat part of the upperlip should be a little bit smaller.
and his neck should go the other way, from behind his ears to the body .

I don't like the shoulder part; as if he is lacking of a male back. The nose is very extreme in it's length (maybe intended?, even his highness prince Charles of Wales doesn't reach that length . If that's a uniform (could be an old french one), he looks too harmless to me, to be part of higher army ranks.
