yeh I get what you mean by it being sort of disturbing... that kind of footage may seem like a joke in our context but when viewed as an element from a political campaign of that era it shows how much power and influence a few humans can hold over other peoples lives - thats bloody scary - even scarier is the fact that if our leaders (president or prime minsiter, or whatever) decided to do anything like similar to that today I dont think the our contemporarily complacent selves would bother to do much about it. but hay - they wouldn't do that... monica lewinsky - nato bombings and east timor were so ninties - we are all sensible human beings now. that shit wont happen again ;{
