Give people time most of them are at work. As for your sketches, you need to work a little more with your fore-shortening, and proportions are just a little off. Try looking at you're drawings backwards or horizontally flip the canvas to give yourself a new perspective. It can sometimes be hard to see your own errors. Other than that they look good keep up the hard work and keep posting.
