I scanned a sketch and for some reason I got this idea of tracing it with line-lasso and then filling the selected area. This must be the worst kind of approach to create graphics and finding tones and shades, but it did came up more nicely than I expected.

I found this fun just because of getting to rethink my approach to drawing and illustrating. Comment, but don't bash me =)

Yes, it did turn out cool. The technique suits the character very well. (Not to mention it's a pretty spiffy character to begin with!) |
