the figure looks cool! maybe turn up the contrast a bit?
the shadow looks like it couldn't be casted from the figure..it i had time i'd try and help oyu out.... |

Just a couple of things I notice that are off:
Looks as though he eyes are a little too wide for her head and almost like they aren't set inside an eye socket. Look at some eye drawings to get the basic shape down a little better. I think you can get the look of a large eye without stretching it quite so wide. You also might consider shading under her eye to give it a more 3d look.
Also it looks as though her hand is holding the dagger pretty close to the blade. Seems like sort of a strange grip to have, maybe ease it back a bit so you can see some handle between her fist and the blade.
