yeah his legs r short, and his face looks tiny compared with his muscles.
His feet r kinda small... and we all know about men with small feet....

Thats a nice picture, i dont think his legs are to short, but they are covered with so much towards the hip area that it is hard to define the legs length, again very nice

Good work - about the legs, well guys it depends; maybe it's only the baggy clothes which make his legs appear "dwarfy"...
but I am not sure on this matter.

I like the style and the pose. As to the size of the legs and the head I think that they look alright. If you look at some other manga/anime artwork (Dragonball Z) the character's proportions can look off at times.
