Holy shit, that's some picture! Looks great, some parts are almost disturbingly realistic (you seem to have put a lot of time/effort into the nipples), and others are a bit rougher. I'd fix up the ears and some of the shading on the arms, collarbones, and neck. Her face is great, and the hair looks pretty realistic. I'd just add highlights to the top, not too bright, and make the part a little less thick (hairs are usually only a couple millimeters apart). It looks kinda like she shaved a line down her head. You may want to add some highlights/sheen to the skin here and there to increase the depth of the piece. And there's sort of a sketchy outline around parts of her body, it distracts from the figure, or rather, confuses the eye. But don't get me wrong, this is awesome! You've done a great job, keep working at the little things or completely ignore me, cuz this is already outstanding. Danny would be proud.

A bunch of my class mates said her ears looked elfish, but I explained that they looked that way in the original photo. Oh, I used a photo for the original pencil sketch, but I lost it. Had to make up the skin color and the special parts haha.
I think I will try to fix the ears.
sacrelicious: Thanks for your comments that made my day, oh, and I agree with you about the part in her hair, it looks like she's got a landing strip on her head haha.
I will add some highlighting, not to much.
Thanks

here's just a quick try at fixing a few issues.
I moved the jaw in a bit, the ears down, and modeled the hair a little.
nothing too elaborate.

Edit: this was originally a double post, but I figure I might as well add a few things.
I like how it's looking. Try to sharpen up the mouth a bit more. the nose and eyes are nice and crisp, but the mouth looks like I painted it(read: blurry)
Just so you know the top of the ears are generally level with your eye. That's what's making them look elfish I think. She's tilting her head just slightly down so they'll be a bit higher but not as far as you had them I don't think.
The wrists Look a bit too long, maybe trim them a bit? Sorry I can't elaborate on that more I don't know how to express it, because I'm not sure exactly what I'm seeing that looks wrong to me. Maybe someone else can tell you further.
All in all good work, get on it!
-Dean

Dean thanks for the advice, I highlighted the hair a little more and also made the part smaller, just a tad though. I also added more detail to the neck ie: veins also on the forearms. I added some wrinkles at the wrist and fixed the elbows. All in all the arms look more anatomically correct.
Oh and the ears, I lowered them
Tell me what you think.
This is a full image edited.

Thanks

Nice. I still think the part in the hair could come in a bit more. The left hand is a tad smaller than the right. To late for a change there though.
hmmmmmmmm
lets see......anything else...............................................................................................lose the black box.
nope, thats it, looks damn nice
Well there is one other problem. Im not in the pic. I think a pic of me would bring so much more to the picture. Ya....
Cool

Warning if nudity offends you click away.
Well this isn't just for Danny, but after seeing Danny's skin pic. I was inspired to try something similar.
Please critique, I think maybe her face looks to sculpted but not sure.
If anyone can give me some tips on how to make the hair look more realistic, please do.
Here she is
thrash away. Plz pick it apart.

I'm frustrated!! There's a lot of detail that you can't see in this smaller pic. I need to stop going into so much detail on something that isn't going to show up. haha. Oh, well

Hey Skeezer,
that's well done! You seem to have a good grasp of the seeing and painting in the subtleness that goes on with skin. I must say that you didn't make it easy on yourself picking your lightsource position. It's right in front of her. Which gives a very mirrored/symmetrical look. Especially combined with this pose. You could call this twinning. Nonetheless it's looking good. Don't be afraid to use darker shadows. Especially under her armpits, breasts and the shadows on her hips from her hands.. Some more highlights wouldn't hurt either. Also, your edges are really sharp. Esp. evident on her arms and lower parts of her legs. This doesn't necesarilly have to do with blurring/anti-a. or lack of, but more with the shading of the curvature of the limbs towards the edges of the form. It's almost as if you have a twilight coming from behind her. Which in a way could make sense due to the bounce ligth coming from the bright wall behind her. Don't know if this was intentional or not. You could try burning the edges a tad with a soft feathered brush. I suggest set to hilight to avoid oversaturation.
Keep going.. it's looking good!
ps. give the poor woman some panties, she's out in public and that black cube can't possibly be comfortable..

Thanks Danny for replying, This is the modified version panties and all.
I added shadow under the hands and fixed the backlighting problem you mentioned. Also fixed the highlighting on the hair.
I was wondering what kind of reference material you used. I had to make all the color and the details up. I just painted a pencil sketch.
Thanks so much for the help

Sacrelicious was right, the hair and the nipples are great! It seems to me that her left arm takes a few weird twists, especially the inside of the elbow, and both wrists. They could use more creasing, less bending. The knees are well done, but seem to be a little low. |

Hey that is awesome man! I love how your picture developed with all the comments it looks great now. I think Ben is right when he said the knees are a little low. Also it looks like her left eye is kinda slanted down compared to the right one.
And hey she can tell what time it is now too! |

I personally prefer the black block bikini
seriously though, her hair looks like moses came up and parted it... hair grows all over the head, and when you comb it, it usually stays all over the head... so let's see less skin between the hair parts |
