I think it looks very nice. Critics is a bit hard, would be nice to see it in a higher resolution.
About the frames composition, flow and such, I don't know much at all, since I have no experience in comic work.

looks great stylewise but I think
its a bit confusing looking at it.
the comic would look quite better if you colored it so there'd be more contrast between the pictures. |

I agree with the others, a little hard to comment on as it's not coloured, catch 22.
Looks really good though, nice style. I'd guess you would definitely be an Image Comics fan, you style reminds me of Rob Lefield, even looks a bit like the guy that did Team 7, he was very good. (Issues 1 and 2 that is).
Keep on posting them
