Hello Chate Noire.
It looks like a nice start, but there are a few problems it seems with the facial features, such as the over-protruding chin, and the lack of mass on her right temple and too much mass on her right brow.
Perhaps a bit more work is in order, but it's a good start. =)

Chate,
I would continue to refine your light and dark shapes before adding any detail. It might also be a good idea to block in the rest of your image area before getting too far along on the head.
