I remember a while ago there was a link to a tutorial that showed you how to colour in the liquid style. I thought I had it book marked but don't so can anyone please post links to any of these style of tutorials.

You are not going to find one that shows you Liquids! technique. Kinda like looking for a tutorial that shows you how to draw like micke and create like spooge. But if you go here you can find some tuts to help: http://www.comiccolors.com/index1.html |

I made a circle then placed some color in it, gradiant and some lighting. then went to the posterize "image/adjust/posterize".
I'm going to play with this a bit more.
I only spent about 5 min on this sample.
With some work I bet that this would look real cool for comic book coloring.
We'll that's my research for now.
