you can still work using 16bit color and get rid of the annoyng neon by going to edit/pref/windows... and put a check mark at the "no device dependent bitmaps" that's just in case you'd rather use 16 ...

nice shadfing on the face... concentrated on the head - it's tilted but eye line is not... and cut off some of the bran, seemed a little too much for a human;-)
