The way that the left eyebrow is lit makes it look like it is inset in the skin, looks a little funny. Too much of a highlight underneath it, I think. Other than that, it's great.

I'm no anatomy expert, but your facial features are way off. Especially on the top one. Define the nose more, bring the eyes down. The ears are way too small. Get a good anatomy book.

Just got my Wacom this afternoon. This is the first thing I did with it, took about 10 minutes. I know the shadows are wrong, the iris and pupil are off, etc, etc. Just let me know what you think. ...
