It's the same Stephen King Dark Tower. It's was adapted into a comic by Marvel, with Jae Lee and Richard Isanove.. It's a beautiful book.

I've never read Dark Tower, but if you're talking about the one with Jae Lee, I love the art.. And you're right.. It does remind me of Dark Tower..
