I use PhotoImpact 8, which I prefer to PS 7.
And I also use PaintShop pro because it loads instantly and has the fastest image browser.

I don't think it would...
Yellow light is made up of green and blue light (I think). The blue light would reflect of the blue object and you'd see it as... Blue!!!

Street lamps don't give off red ...

Compact flash card readers are extremely useful. I use mine for my mp3 player and camera and you can buy flash cards and use them for storage. They're better than having a lead for your camera anyway. ...

PhotoImpact is pretty good for tablet use if you have one. For shading? well, there's the dodge and burn tools, the airbrush, all the brush presets...

I think that's a really cool Draggie!
It's anatomy is very good - but T-rexes really don't have the right body shape for a Dragon ...
