Persaonally, I think it's a good start.
Most parts of the body don't appear to fit together, they look kinda copied and pasted, especially around the arms. Also, the eyes could do with some shadeing ...

I used the airbrush for the hair to get each bit where i wanted, then went over with the smudge to get a feathered, softer look.
