Most of the stuff I do is doen through Corel Photopaint 8 (now 9) since it has really nice tablet management and everything else behaves like PS.

I have both graphire and intuo and they're almost the same. I like my Graphire simply because it's USB based.

Bryce does not use OpenGL at all. Rendering and visualization (on screen) is done through software.
