Assuming that this is a very hot and bright sunny day that your depicting in this image... I would just recommend making the rail on the boat look more shiny... like brass.

Not sure but, it looks as if her eyes are a bit off centered. The left eye seems lower than the right. Other than that, its got a nice painterly look to it, I like that!
