Fantastic work, really love the style and attention to detail. But I have a hard time posting without offering my idea of a crit, so here you go. The people in the foreground of the second picture l ...

The rain around the left side and bottom is really distracting, looks like you tried a motion blur that did not cover the entire piece. Plus it seems a bit too constant thoughout, which is a bit unre ...

The biggest thing I can see right now is that you should spend a little time cleaning up what you have already. If you are going for realism i suggest taking some of the blur out and tidying up the s ...

Right now there are a few things that are kind of bugging me. Mainly the entrails themselves, it looks a little funky that there are only two sizes, I would prefer to see a greater variation of radiu ...

Right now most of my suggestions can only be pretty generic, as it appears you are still in some of the basic stages of blocking your painting out. I would suggest commiting to something with the bac ...

Actually I caught that, I guess it is a little difficult to put the proper emphasis on the word to explain what I mean. Let me try again: What do you mean "Pretty Good" For a 13 year old. Hence mea ...

What do you mean "Pretty good for a 13 year old"? Considering the style choosen and comment toward the character I think it was very well executed. I really dig the line and stroke quality, and the ...

Nice work, i really like your stroke, it seems like you have a lot of movement there. Your portraits seem to capture the moment and feeling well and your shading does a good job showing depth and for ...

Before you get too far along coloring this picture, I would suggest reworking the figure that looks like he is collapsed in her left arm. His back is very stiff, and he does not appear to be lifeless ...

First of all I am pretty new to painter 8, and this is a painting I did off a photograph I found somewhere on the web. Unfortuantely I don't know where I got it, so I cannot pay my respects to the ph ...

The shading is fabulous, especially the linens. The only thing that looks off to me is the nose, it looks a little funky. And the hair apears a little flat because the value range is constant from t ...

The vertical stroke you are using to shade is doing nothing for me. It is not helping to define movement or form, or light. The movement of the hair also seems a bit off, especially the two groups a ...
