Don't know how to do that. Perhaps you can use Autohotkey to do that. I just use the keyboard. Since my hand is always on ctrl-alt (resizing brush)

Sorry for reviving a 2 year old post, but my wacom intuos doesn't work with my corel photo-paint x3 either.

There's no photopaint.ini file or photopnt.ini file (like in previous version).
