it looks to me like gravity isn't being applied to his hair. Maybe it shouldnt be quite so angled, but more straight down.

I would suggest shortening the back - it's too long. Also, the far leg looks like it's bending upwards - cut off the bump on the top, so it's slanting down, and make the calf a little f ...

try to remember the proportions relating to body size and head size. The heads on your characters are too big. Otherwise, some kick-ass stuff.

the ONLY thing you MIGHT want to alter is her stomach. It looks like you used the smudge tool just a little too much, try making the stomach muscles more defined

I agree. The eyes are completely level, but the face is slightly slanted. Either slant the eyes or straighten the face (my suggestion would be to slant the eyes).

It's too THICK.

Feathers are very thin. Perhaps show little pieces of the background through the feather, and don't curl the ends around each other.

Try this also, try just doing 100% opacity lines ...
