When I cover her eyes with my finger, I see that the rest of her face looks real, while her eyes are still cartoony. Just an observation, I still like it as is.

first of all the pic is too big, 2nd use forms and shapes the eye recognizes... get to basics, remove all the details and make the forms obvious first, then put on details.
