I built a taletop easel/slant with black foam core. The 3 edges are fused with a generous amount of hot glue. Surprisingly, it hasn't fallen apart after 3 years of use.

I have my wacom on an incline (easel) in front of the monitors. I solved the jittering problem by reducing the refresh rate from 115 to 100.
