I saw the original post in WIP and this is SUCH an improvement. I'm glad you didn't change the clouds, because they are perfect. I'm keeping this one as an example of perfect clouds.

The eye looks a little flat. Try to darken the underneath of the browline to bring out the eye. I like the movement and the flag is a nice touch. |
