i'm not sure if his right arm should be that bright... i think i would try to darken it a bit, because its relatively far away from the light source. Same with his feet.

if you want to try the "feng zhu"-style, i think he has got a tutorial about his way of drawing, where he also lists the pencils, markers, papers etc. he uses.

but, for me 3 pencils would be enough ...

i think the navigation bar and the photo dont look connected to the page, if you know what i mean.... the contrast is very big, and with the black outline they dont really fit... maybe remove the out ...
