make a one point grid on a 15 inch by 15 inch 200 dpi and define it as a brush in photoshop. also fade out the center if you find it to dark. use rotate to match up lines if you have trouble matching ...

I got a bid from Hi-Fi Color for 10 inch by 7.5 inch panels 24 of them and they wanted 400$ a page...I laughed so hard...I can color it myself if they want that much.
