It's a good picture, I like it, it looks powerful. If I had to be critical:
I'd say he looks a little off balance, even after you draw in the feet? I'm guessing there's going to be some sort of glow ... |

Kinda reminds me of the head evil guy in Monsters Inc...?
Just a small problem with the stick holding the torso and legs together, looks a little odd? |

The head seems too large for the body, try either shrinking the head (!) or redrawing the body larger...
Anatomy is damn hard, I found it easiest to learn from comics, copying, sketching, doodling, p ... |
