Started in Photoshop, all of what you can see there is Painter though. It probably has lots of odd hidden meaning, I'm not sure though.

The skin looks odd, like overly loose reptilian skin.

Suitably nasty looking though.

Who cares if Oblagon's style is hard to make out, it looks cool..
