Anyway, the picture is great. I would have probably thought it was Painter if you hadn't specified otherwise. The colours look really good.

Started in Photoshop, all of what you can see there is Painter though. It probably has lots of odd hidden meaning, I'm not sure though.

Just make sure you don't post full-size images, as people occasionally seem want to do. A small version and maybe some additional details is fine.
