Not sure what property of the reference photo exactly you are trying to get. My guess would be the blue-ish mid tone without losing the skin tones. Here is a quick edit I did.

I like/(or dont care for) 3d art but would rather not have a seperate forum for 3D art and would rather keep everything here in one forum.
