Keep in mind, after a certain number of people are working on any project (it depends on the size of the project) nothing more will ever be done. More people is not always a good thing.

If you want to model for Q3, buy the book the MadSamoan linked in his post. It's fantastic, and it definately does not read like a textbook. It's worth the money.
