I think its fantastic.....looks finished....except not sure about the light on the hands....I don't think its really all that important though. Not really the focal point.

yeah probably something to do with computer colors.....

I know printing never looks as good because of the difference between rgb and cmyk(add/sub)....

looks cool....why do scanners tend to de-saturate/mute the colors. Someone please explain this to me.

I agree with bluetraveller. are you using a set of pencils? Use the real dark soft b's, even 8b for the darkest parts. I think you have a pretty good likeness, just darken up the eyes, ear, shadow on ...

I painted this today in remembrance of Mary Hansen. Mary Hansen was a guitar player and vocalist for my favorite band Stereolab. She died Monday in a cycling accident. She was 36.
