Yeah, sorry. What I meant were text effects, where you can learn how to make text appear plastic, metalic, shiny etc.

I did this today at uni in illustrator. I was going for a Ren & Stimpy kinda style of cartooning, any tips or feedback?

My favorite is the Famke one.

It's gorgeous. I love the vague shapes of the distant army, as well as the blue hues used at the top of the image.

Leaning more towards caricature. I'm feeling kind of embarressed. I know I'm not the best artist in the world: I've got a lot to learn. Is there some major flaw I'm overlooking?

It's a very gentle and soothing image, I love it. For some reason though, I feel uneasy where the side of the cliff overlaps the water: it almost looks as though the water overlaps the rock.

The eyes are superb, as are the lips. The face is a little assymetrical, but makes for a more interesting image as opposed to if it was perfectly ...

It's awesome! The shoe seems to be lost in the sheets, perhaps making it slightly darker would solve this problem?

Just an observation: there's hardly any male nudity - it's always girls with their breasts and asses.
