The standing fisher man doesn't seem to have any feet. If he had, then he would stand a little bit closer to the center of the boat. Guess it is because of the difficult perspective.

Try with skipping the wrinkles, soft up that double chin, soft up the head shape, smaller nose, remove some lines here and there, give her bigger eyes. That should do it.
