Im not sure about canada, but here in califorina, all you have to do is sign your work and its copyrighted to you. I'm sure canada has some goverment sites, right? Im sure you can find somthing.

um well, i think you should clean up the line art before you color. That always helps me out. You need also to define a light source. A dramatic pose like that needs dramatic lighting.

The Dodge and Burn method is what use. Im trying to see if there are better methods out there to coloring your picture.

That line art is awesome. I think you should lighten the wings so have the light coming from his back. I wanna be able to see the feathers.
