I think i see what Eshara means, the front is fine, but the tendon on the side lookks wrong, prehaps u might try smoothing out the kinks in it..

I think the reason u might be having difficulty, is because i think u've got the shadows wrong, and the highlights right.

lighting looks fine to me...

Jaws a bit wide, and the eyes aren't level, but apart from that looking good. only other thing i could suggest is possibly moving this light source to an angle which you could use to show the detail ...
