Where is the text going to go for the book title and author? If this is the full picture you're going to have a lot of head covered up by words.

I think the colors sort of flatten it out. I'd suggest really rendering it out if you wanna put color in... but that's just me. Keep it up!

I added a cage and a magical flower as bait, darkened the left side, and changed all the fairies after using my Maya model as a kind of advanced Poser reference.

I liked it better with one cage, ...
