Her eyes were supposed to be very bright and shiny (although I decreased the brightness in the last pic to make her look more natural).

Where is the text going to go for the book title and author? If this is the full picture you're going to have a lot of head covered up by words.

The only weak point imo is the composition, I though can't really tell you what it is exactly that bothers me about it...
Anyways, doesn't matter. It's pretty amazing!!

I think perhaps the line ...

I think the colors sort of flatten it out. I'd suggest really rendering it out if you wanna put color in... but that's just me. Keep it up!

I added a cage and a magical flower as bait, darkened the left side, and changed all the fairies after using my Maya model as a kind of advanced Poser reference.

I liked it better with one cage, ...
