What light are you taking the picture in? I know with my super-crappy camera, I have to take the pictures in full sunlight. Under normal house-hold light the colors simply won't show up at all. |

First of all: black and white line art should be saved as a GIF, not a jpg. This not only *drastically* cuts down on the file size, but it also keeps the line art clean and free from those jaggy jpg ... |

Yep, the LotR cartoon used rotoscoping. Except it was sort of badly done rotoscoping.
Another movie it was used in was Anastasia. They used it to animate the dancing scenes. |
