Nice lighting but problems with perspective... The left side (her right) of the face should be smaller to accomodate the angle at which her head seems to be. Oh yeah, and more detail on the hair - now ... |

The face could use some work. The chin is too round for anime, and the eyes could be improved. Otherwise it's cool, counting the other comments too.
