The nose seems very chiseled with your colors/values. I would try to soften that up and add more values. |

Avoid color until you are more comfortable with consistent strokes and shading. Color will complicate things. |

I'd say the details are great, but some of the proportions feel off to me. Maybe it's just his pose that throws me, but I think his upper body feels a little squished? |
