The nose seems very chiseled with your colors/values. I would try to soften that up and add more values.

Avoid color until you are more comfortable with consistent strokes and shading. Color will complicate things.

I'd say the details are great, but some of the proportions feel off to me. Maybe it's just his pose that throws me, but I think his upper body feels a little squished?
