Thanks for the reply, but just to clarify:

1. It's not alien, its for Humans.

2. people DO NOT sit at the pointy parts of the table (for obvious reasons) they sit in the curved groove, spaces for 6 ...

I think I'll scrap the monitors and put in a point of reference for scale, and identification. I didn't realise it looked THAT alien images/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Very cool, but there's one thing I noticed straight away, the perspective on the hat seems wrong, I mean the ellipse created at the base of the hat looks like it should be a more shallow ellipse value ...

Great. Paint it. Please. This series of paintings should look amazing if the first is anything to go by. The drawing you posted looks fine to me, it should make a good 'ground'. Keep at it.
