I think it looks really nice. Simple/flat shading isn't any easier than complex shading, at least not if you want it to look nice. :)

They look nice. I can't say much, since I'm not really 'in-the-know' about this style. You might want darker lines, though. You may need a softer pencil.

I'm not an expert, but I think you probably need to have the guitar darker (less luminous). A blue light shouldn't contain enough red to make the guitar that radiant. Try for a darker red, more of a ...
