Oh, yes, just in case...

For that picture I used a lot of Photo Reference for the girl to start with. So lighting and pose is referenced from a picture but everything is heavily modified.

I am surprised that nobody answered this...
Its a really good picture. The only part that strikes me is where the head goes over into the neck. The bump right there irritates me.

Both lineart and coloring is well done.
I think however that the actual green body lacks a little bit of shape.
Maybe some more contrast...
